Kaahaani Ghar subscriptions are available as monthly, quarterly and yearly plans.

Your subscription covers the number of deliveries included in the plan you purchase.

Subscription prices are displayed on the payment page and may be changed for future purchases.

Subscription plans are non-transferable unless agreed otherwise by Kaahaani Ghar.

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment and billing information provided by you is accurate.

Any applicable taxes or delivery charges will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Kaahaani Ghar products are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, natural events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your purchase.

As our products are specially prepared and packed for each subscriber, cancellations and refunds are generally not available once an order has been processed.

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete or with a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photographs of the package/product.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or suitable resolution.

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled before the next subscription cycle.

Quarterly and yearly subscriptions may be cancelled for future renewals, but amounts already paid are generally non-refundable.

If you have an issue with your subscription, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

All stories, illustrations, designs, text, photographs, packaging and other content created for Kaahaani Ghar are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may enjoy and share your purchased physical products, but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially use Kaahaani Ghar's content without written permission.

Kaahaani Ghar's stories draw inspiration from Indian folklore, communities, traditions and historical sources.
